Ca. 10 ml Aufgusskonzentrat (1 Esslöffel) in 1 Liter Wasser geben und gut umrühren. Das Wasser sollte nicht zu heiß sein — lauwarm bis kühl ist ideal.

Langsam über die Steine gießen
Das Aufgusswasser gleichmäßig und in Kreisbewegungen über die heißen Saunasteine gießen. Nicht zu schnell — so entfaltet sich der Duft optimal.
