​1. Shipping

We generally ship in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with DHL. If we use another shipping partner, you will receive the relevant shipment information in good time.

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the local customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.

Due to the current world situation and rising energy costs, shipping costs had to be increased slightly. Status 08/2022

Currently, the standard delivery time is 1 - 3 working days in Germany, the cost is €5.99. Shipping in Germany is free for orders over €75.

For express shipping (only in Germany) the shipping time is approximately 1 - 2 working days. The cost for express shipping is 14.99 €.

2nd pickup

Customers from the Erlangen-Höchstadt region or the surrounding area have the option of picking up their order. There are no shipping costs for this.
